To study the clinical and hormonal characteristics and the prevalence of different forms of mastopathy in women with thyroid gland pathology in the Bukhara region, 100 women aged 18–59 years with benign breast diseases were examined. Clinical manifestations, ultrasound findings, hormonal status, and distribution of mastopathy forms were assessed. A high frequency of severe forms of mastopathy (62%) associated with thyroid pathology was identified. The role of autoimmune thyroiditis and hyperprolactinemia in the development of severe forms of mastopathy was established, indicating the need for comprehensive endocrinological evaluation in this group of patients.
