Abstract

For clinical surgery, an improved method for preventing the development of air and hemostasis disorders has been developed, which involves a two-component reinforcement of the resected lung tissue area by locally applying a hemostatic agent to form a sealed film, followed by fixation of the parietal pleural sheet to it. Research has shown that the polymerization of the "Xemoben" powder on the wound surface of the lung occurs in a short time, is characterized by sufficiently strong adhesion and airstasis, and the fixation of the free pleural flap provides the elasticity of the coating, as well as a long-term effect with the prevention of the development of the adhesive process.
