Abstract

Intrahepatic cholestasis (IHC) developed during pregnancy is a process manifested in the late period of pregnancy by fetal enlargement and the emergence of resistance in the choledynamics of the bile ducts. This process is a pathology that primarily develops in pregnant women with high body weight, large fetuses, high amniotic fluid levels, and other conditions. In this case, the process lasts for 3 months, manifested by bile regurgitation and reflux of bile through the common duct of the pancreas, and manifests as pathomorphological changes in the pancreas.
