EPIDEMIOLOGY OF ANAMNESTIC AND SOMATIC RISK FACTORS FOR URGENT NONGRAVID METRORRHAGIA AND THEIR 15-YEAR DYNAMICS AMONG THE 12–18-YEAR-OLD POPULATION OF ANDIJAN

The aim of this study was to evaluate the dynamics of C-reactive protein (CRP) levels in patients with ischemic heart disease following percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) and to determine its prognostic value for in-stent restenosis, stent thrombosis, and major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE). A total of 102 patients who underwent PCI were prospectively enrolled in the study. CRP levels were measured before the procedure and at 24 hours, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and 9 months after the intervention. During the follow-up period, the incidence of in-stent restenosis, stent thrombosis, and MACE was evaluated. The results demonstrated that CRP reached its peak within the first 24 hours after PCI and subsequently showed a gradual decline throughout the follow-up period. Persistently elevated CRP levels were significantly associated with an increased risk of in-stent restenosis, stent thrombosis, and MACE (p<0.05). These findings indicate that CRP is an important prognostic biomarker in patients after PCI. Dynamic monitoring of CRP may facilitate early identification of high-risk patients, support individualized clinical follow-up, and improve the prediction of adverse cardiovascular outcomes.
