Abstract

Psychoemotional disorders have reached epidemic-level indicators globally, affecting 13-14% of the world's population. This article examines the mechanisms by which neurogenic factors - the HPA axis, neurotransmitter imbalance (serotonin, noradrenaline, dopamine), amygdala hyperactivation, and epigenetic processes - contribute to the formation of psychoemotional pathologies. Preventive approaches are analyzed based on clinical epidemiological data.
