This article presents results of a multivariate analysis based on clinical, laboratory, and instrumental examination data of 94 patients with bladder exstrophy who were treated at the Urology Department of the National Children’s Medical Center between 2015 and 2024. Correlations between symphysis dimensions, bladder capacity, renal radionuclide scintigraphy parameters, vesicoureteral reflux, bladder polyps, and urinary continence were examined. In the main group (n=37) treated with modern surgical protocols, higher urinary continence, lower early and late complication rates, and greater parental satisfaction were documented. These findings are proposed as evidence-based criteria for clinical decision-making.
