This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") applies to all information posted on the website www.nashruz.uz (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") on the Internet. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Before filing a claim in court based on disagreements between the Site user and the Site administration, it is necessary to submit a claim (a written proposal regarding the optional settlement of the dispute) prior to appealing to the court.
The party receiving the claim shall inform the claimant in writing of the results of considering the claim within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receiving the claim.
If an agreement is not reached, the dispute shall be referred to the court in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan shall be applied to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Site administration.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
The Site administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the consent of the User.
The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the date of its placement on the Site, if a different procedure for its entry into force is not provided in the new version of the Privacy Policy.
