The clinical course of coronary artery disease (CAD) in women of reproductive age was analyzed in relation to age and the presence of comorbid conditions. The study included 4,990 women aged 15-49 years; screening identified CAD in 155 women, including 26 with acute CAD and 129 with chronic CAD. Clinical manifestations of CAD were comparatively analyzed across reproductive age groups, taking into account transnosological comorbidity and polypathology. The findings demonstrated age- and comorbidity-related differences in the clinical phenotype of CAD, with specific patterns of typical and atypical manifestations observed in the presence of polypathology. These findings support the integrated consideration of age and comorbidity when identifying CAD at an early stage in women of reproductive age.
