This article presents the effectiveness indicators of improved individualized rehabilitation measures utilizing the PNF methodology and the Korvit plantar simulator in children with spastic diplegic cerebral palsy (CP). One of the most complex challenges is developing tools and methods to correct motor activity in patients with spastic diplegic CP. This is because the methods and tools for physical correction in children with disabilities must be tailored to the specific characteristics of the disease and the baseline condition of the body. Objective of the study. To evaluate the long-term outcomes of an improved comprehensive rehabilitation program incorporating PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) therapy in pediatric patients with spastic diplegic cerebral palsy. Materials and methods. In accordance with the objectives of this study, to assess the improve the treatment of patients with spastic diplegic CP, 49 children aged 5 to 9 years diagnosed with spastic diplegic CP (G80.1) were examined in the Department of Pediatric Neurology at the Samarkand Regional Multidisciplinary Children's Medical Center. Results and discussion. Post-treatment analysis of muscle resistance to passive joint movement (assessed via the Ashworth scale), the range of motion in the lower extremity joints (measured using goniometry), and myofascial diagnostics revealed a more pronounced positive effect in the main group (MG) compared to the comparison group (CG). Conclusion. Thus, after 6 months, the majority of patients with spastic diplegic CP who underwent the improved PNF-based rehabilitation program demonstrated significant positive outcomes on the Ashworth scale, in goniometry, and in myofascial diagnostics compared to the comparison group.
