Abstract

This article presents the clinical manifestations of upper gastrointestinal tract diseases in female patients with ВИЧ-инфекция living in Andijan. It was found that in HIV-infected women, these diseases are characterized by pronounced clinical symptoms, a tendency to chronic and recurrent course, and a high frequency of complications. The most common conditions include gastritis, duodenitis, and erosive-ulcerative lesions. The clinical picture is characterized by pain syndrome, dyspeptic disorders, and decreased appetite. The severity of the disease is associated with the level of immune status (CD4 cells). The importance of early diagnosis and a comprehensive treatment approach is emphasized.
