Abstract

The continuous development of minimally invasive technologies has significantly transformed gynecological surgery. Combined minimally invasive surgical interventions enable simultaneous treatment of multiple gynecological and associated abdominal diseases during a single operative session. This approach reduces repeated anesthesia, shortens hospitalization, minimizes postoperative complications, and improves patients' quality of life. The present review summarizes current evidence regarding indications, patient selection, perioperative management, clinical outcomes, and future perspectives of combined minimally invasive procedures in gynecology. The findings suggest that individualized surgical planning and multidisciplinary collaboration are essential for achieving optimal clinical outcomes.
