MOLECULAR-BIOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF SUT GLAND CANCER ACCORDING TO IMMUNOHISTOCHEMICAL RESEARCH DATA

Breast cancer (BC) requires timely and adequate diagnosis at the preoperative stage, as well as comprehensive morphological examination of biopsy and surgical specimens. Histological examination with assessment of receptor status by immunohistochemical (IHC) analysis is of great importance for evaluating disease prognosis and determining the subsequent treatment strategy for patients. This article presents statistical data on the diagnosis and immunohistochemical examination of breast cancer at the Tashkent City Oncology Dispensary during the period from 2022 to 2024. The age distribution of patients, as well as the distribution of tumors according to the main molecular-genetic subtypes, was analyzed.
