According to the literature data, the most common localization of colorectal cancer metastases in the bones of the skeleton is the spine (65%), pubic pelvic bones (34%), long bones (26%) and other bones of the skeleton (17%). Metastatic lesions of the bones of the skeleton, especially the spine, sharply worsen the quality of life of patients, taking into account the pronounced pain syndrome and neurological disorders. Accordingly, there is a need for the use of additional methods of treatment to improve the quality of the remaining life of patients with bone metastases of CRC.
