THE PECULIARITIES OF THE SPREAD OF MYOPIA AMONG RESIDENTS OF NAMANGAN REGION

Abstract
This scientific article is devoted to the analysis of characteristic morphometric parameters of the visual organ in children and adolescents of the Namangan region and the regularities of the content of microelements in the development of the myopic process, the clinical course of myopia. Specific morphometric indicators of the visual organ and the significance of the microelement composition in the progression of the myopic process in developing myopia in adolescents were compared. In the article the following indicators were determined: the number of students in the Namangan region, the percentage of boys and girls in schools, the prevalence of the disease among them, its development, and epidemiological analysis.
