Abstract

Thoracic surgery has accumulated significant experience in the use of multimodal analgesia, primarily during planned interventions. The modern approach to anesthetic management предполагает the presence of objective indicators that allow assessing not only the degree of pain relief but also the patient’s functional readiness for respiratory stress and the state of hemodynamics.
