Background. Atypical endometrial hyperplasia is a precancerous condition that plays an important role in the development of endometrioid adenocarcinoma. Studying patients' age, menstrual and reproductive characteristics, number of deliveries, and history of abortions is of considerable interest for a comprehensive assessment of the clinical and anamnestic characteristics of women with endometrial pathology.
Objective. To conduct a comparative assessment of age-related and reproductive characteristics in women with atypical endometrial hyperplasia and endometrial cancer.
Materials and Methods. A comparative clinical study model was developed, involving the analysis of 100 patients divided into two groups of 50 women each. Group I consisted of women with histologically confirmed atypical endometrial hyperplasia, while Group II included patients with histologically confirmed endometrial cancer. The study was designed to evaluate age, number of pregnancies, deliveries, induced and spontaneous abortions, menstrual irregularities, and comorbidities.
Results. Illustrative data on the distribution of patients by age and reproductive history are presented to demonstrate the structure of the analysis. These data are hypothetical and do not represent the results of actual clinical observations.
Conclusion. A comparative assessment of clinical and anamnestic characteristics may contribute to identifying specific reproductive history patterns in patients with precancerous and malignant endometrial diseases.
